Payment procedure for OSC
Bank Transfer



The Bank Transfer gives you different options to pay your or others fee to the OSC and/or OSC Dinner. It requires that you fill and send by fax a paper form, after you have send the money to the bank account.

Please note that you MUST be registered (before paying) using the REGISTRATION SYSTEM (for individual registration) and then use the PAYMENT PROCEDURE (to cover your and/or others participation fee to the OSC or OSC Dinner).

Please also note that for those who applied for the Argentinean fellowship program (to support students and young scientists to attend the OSC meeting by covering all or part of the registration fee) the payment should be made on site using a valid VISA credit card or cash.
If you applied to SCAR or US travel grants, general payment conditions apply.

The bank transfer procedure consist in 3 basic steps:

Step 1) Download the following document and fill it with all the requested information (more information on page two of the same document). Once filled, add the total ammount for your request (all individual fees to OSC and/or OSC Dinner): this is the ammount you must transfer in the next step. DON´T send the form by fax yet.

Step 2) Transfer the money that covers your and/or others participation to the event (in acordance with the form that you filled in the previus step) to the following bank account:

Step 3) Send the fully filled form mentioned on step one (including the bank transfer receipt), to the fax number at the top of the document (on page one).

That´s it. You have completed the Bank transfer procedure.
