Those individuals requiring an invitation letter should contact the Local Organizing Committe at: invitationletters2010@gmail.com They must specify full name, institution, country, address, e-mail and telephone. They must also indicate if they have an approved abstract (and the title of that abstract) or will be participating at any SCAR or COMNAP official meeting. The invitation letter will be sent as an attached pdf file at the provided e-mail address. |
